PANEER LABABDAR's gravy is a rich and creamy and mildly sweet dish . With flavours of all kinds and the touch of cashews this recipe is indeed exotic for your special occasions and for heavy lunch .

Let's have a look at the ingredients

INGREDIENTS

• 200 grams Paneer (cubes)

• 50 grams grated paneer

• 2 tbsps oil

• 10 – 12 cashews

• Green cardamom

• 2 cloves

• 1.5 cup tomatoes

• Medium chopped onions

• Salt to taste

• 1tsp cumin seeds

• 2 tsps butter

• 1tbsp finely chopped garlic

• Green chilli chopped

• 1tsp kashmiri red chilly powder

• ½ kasuri methi (fenugreek leaves) powder

• 1tsp honey

• ¼ tsp garam masala

• 2 tbsps coriander leaves

• 1 tbsp fresh cream (for garnishing )

STEPS TO PREPARE PANEER LABABDAR

Step 1. In a kadai add 2tbsps oil

Step 2. Add cumin seeds , cardamom, and cloves and sauté till 2 min

Step 3 . Now add chopped onions sauté and mix till they turn light golden brown. Please don't let them turn dark brown

Step 4 . Add tomatoes now. And mix them well.

Step 5. Now add salt according to your taste

Step 6. Add cashews and mix it properly.

Step 7. Turn off the gas and let this mixture cool for a while.

Step 8. It's time to bring your mixer-grinder and transfer these into your blender jar (mixer jar) . Add ½ cup of water

And blend it till it becomes a fine paste

Step 9. Now get back to the kadai and heat 1 tbsp of oil

Step 10. Add ginger garlic and green chilli paste and sauté

Step 11. Now add the Kashmiri red chilli powder and sauté for 2 minutes. Let the colour of the powder spread evenly

Step 12. Now add the mixed paste into the kadai and mix all these ingredients together

Step 13. Add 1 cup of water and mix it properly. Bring it to a boil

Step 14. Add dry kasuri methi powder

Step 15. Add a little bit of honey ( according to your taste) for some sweetness and mix it well

Step 16. It's time to add paneer cubes. But firstly add 50 grams of grated Paneer

And then mix it

Now add the PANEER CUBES . Mix it gently

Step 17. Adjust the taste of salt accordingly

And now add garam masala powder . Add fresh coriander leaves ( chopped) And mix it once again gently, because you don't want to break your Paneer cubes and that's why be gentle and careful while mixing.

Step 18. Add fresh cream and mix it. Turn off the gas and transfer this mixture into a serving bowl .

Garnish it with sprinkling coriander and fresh cream.

And it's ready! Viola

Serve hot and Fresh with naan or chapati. Share this recipe with your friends and family.
